Worked for Underground Fire Water & Cooling Water RTR, FRP, GRP lines laying,.                                                                                                                                                      All Finishing materials were selected as per project specifications and Method Statements reviewed and implemented.                                                                                                                                                                                             Working as Client representative for civil structural engineering and Construction section:  Detail Engineering, Field Engineering and construction is in progress for the main Plant structures/foundations, Buildings and its associated following facilities:                                                                                                                                                                                        Steam Turbine Generators, Hypo-chloride generator Building,  Blast resistance buildings Pipe rack, equipment foundations, steel structures for the equipment, shelters and prefabricated buildings. Central rehouse Building, Installations of huge pre-stressed concrete Cylinder Pressure rated pipes for cooling water system.                                                                   
 Fuel tanks 32 m Dia and 27 m height. Water treatment plants, Different drainage system: storm water, oily sewer, chemical sewer, sanitary sewer.
Review the mill test certificates and the factory test reports prior to acceptance of the material.
Preparation/monitoring inspection schedules and responsible for the conformation of quality in accordance with Quality control standards.
Coordinating with the Client & Sub Contractors for the Schedule of Inspection on site.
Issue of Internal non-conformance report for the violation noted during the activity and its completion.                      Developing (ITP) inspection and test plan for different Civil Activities as per procedure.                                                             Analyze NCR root causes and propose the corrective and preventive Measures.                                                                          Assign also as QC inspector for specific inspection activities to ensure that the work load of all QC Inspectors is distributed evenly, so that all activities can be inspected for correctness as per the requirements of ITP.

Awareness of the Royal Commission STANDARDS & Project Quality Policy and objectives.                                              Coordinating with the Client & Sub Contractors for the Schedule of Inspection on site.                                                          Developing (ITP) inspection and test plan for different Civil Activities as per Royal Commission procedure.
Developing (MS) Method Statement for different Civil Activities as per Royal Commission procedure.                                      Implement the QA/QC management system at site.                                                                                                                       Prepare Monthly Quality Management Reports to the client.

Review the customer’s specification and undertake relevant training to the site QC inspector.

Checking inspection of all quality & finishing work of building activities (masonry work,face work,plaster,flooring,aluminum, cladding aluminum fixtures,wood work. sanitary,plumbing work,stairs,paint work etc) . Checking quality of all structure concrete work and all roads asphalts work as per specification
